Mixed feelings

Winter activities at Dombås in Norway
Ah, the moment I shot this was so sweet and I smile when I remember it. But it’s a memory with a price tag……
I paid 100 dollar to develop 24 pictures yesterday. I assure you it was the last time I brought films to a developer in Oslo.
But I can enjoy the feeling of holding the following picture in my hand when the chocolate abstinence kicks in. Yeah.

On the bright side – if I don’t tell anyone, nobody will yell at me….

I love winter

Sunlight seeping through elk trees

I’ve had the best weekend, out with the nature, playing in the snow… learning carving and cross-country skiing 😮 (I’m so proud of myself!) The sun was shining brightly. So much fun! It was great and added a whole new dimension, or perspective, to winter.

And I’m drowning in studies. But how’s your life? Feel free to share anything 😉

Busy being snow queen

This is the first time I’m trying to blog from my phone. Because my mac is of course resting in Oslo while I’m conquering the Norwegian  wilderness…
It’s said that Norwegians are born with skis on their feet. Are you watching the world championship in skiing (happening right now)? I am not, but I’m sure contestens from Norway are proving the saying true.
More about my personal skiing adventures tomorrow 😉

New sights

Oslo city: modern bridges and skyline and historical towers in the horizon

Forgetting to leave the bus at the right stop is my speciality. Sometimes it’s an adventure. Like today: the sun was shining and I was in no hurry (until my fingers and toes started to hurt that is). Happy Winter Wednesday, everyone 😉
